Lead Introducers

You have the network. Put it to work.

Keystone IQ is inviting a small number of senior executives to become lead introducers. If you already know the people who make decisions inside private equity firms, their portfolio companies and the advisers around them, we would like to talk.

The Opportunity

Warm introductions from relationships you already hold

This is an independent introducer arrangement, not a traditional commercial role. Lead introducers do not prospect, cold call or pitch. They make senior-level introductions from their own network, and Keystone IQ takes it from there.

Your value is your standing: the deal partners who return your calls, the operating partners you have worked alongside, the corporate finance and transaction services advisers who trust your judgement. We handle the scoping, the analysis and the delivery. You open the door.

What You Would Be Introducing

Evidence deal teams cannot get anywhere else

Keystone IQ rebuilds a company’s customer base from anonymised transaction data. Keystone IQ’s Revenue Quality Architecture™ shows deal teams, operating partners and investment committees what the numbers actually say: revenue quality, customer concentration, durability, and how customers move in and out of the base over time.

It answers the question every investment case depends on and every management pack leaves open. How much of this revenue will still be here, and what would it take to grow it?

The analysis works across the whole hold. Four services cover it:

Every deal partner in your network has a company where this question is live right now.

Who We Are Looking For

Seasoned, senior, connected

Lead introducers are current or former senior executives with an established network in one or more of the following:

  • Private equity and venture capital
  • Banking and corporate finance
  • Transaction services, due diligence and deal advisory

You will be able to point to a track record: the transactions you have been close to, a CV, and a professional contact who can speak to your standing in the market. You will be comfortable making introductions at partner and C-suite level, and you will know the difference between a warm introduction and a cold approach.

We are looking for people whose name carries weight in the rooms where deals are decided.

How It Works

Independent, and recognised for results

Lead introducers work independently under the Keystone IQ introducer agreement. Introducers are recognised for introductions that lead to paid engagements, on the terms set out in that agreement.

The full terms are shared with candidates who reach the final stage, together with our NDA. There is no minimum commitment, no activity target and no requirement to leave what you are doing now.

The Process

Six steps, handled personally

1. Expression of interest

Submit the form. We confirm receipt by email.

2. Review

We use AI tools to pre-screen applications, so some may be declined automatically at this stage. Wherever possible, every application is also reviewed by a member of our team.

3. Introduction and assessment

If you are shortlisted, we will email you an invitation to a short, self-paced introduction to Keystone IQ, followed by an online assessment. You will have three business days from the invitation to complete it.

4. Internal review

Your application and assessment are reviewed together by our team. We will let you know the outcome.

5. Interview

If you are progressing, you will be invited to book a one-to-one conversation with our CEO.

6. Introducer agreement

If we are a good fit for each other, we will share our NDA and introducer agreement for you to review and accept online.

Every step is handled personally, so please allow a little time between stages.

Register Your Interest

Tell us about your network

Registering an expression of interest means completing a short form and uploading your CV. We ask about your background, the networks you hold and the kind of introductions you would be positioned to make. Keystone IQ reviews every expression of interest, as set out in the process above.

Progressing to the assessment or to an interview does not constitute an offer, or any intention to make an offer. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all applications should be considered as not accepted. See our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Keystone IQ works with deal teams, operating partners and investment committees across the UK, Europe and Africa. Lead introducers are based primarily in London and other major financial centres.
